Polen Ökten completed her secondary education at Fatma Saygın Anatolian High School and obtained her major degree from the Faculty of Law at Dokuz Eylül University.
Since August 2024, she has been serving as a legal intern at Göçük Law Firm.
During her academic career, she gained valuable experience in teamwork and organizational management by serving as Treasurer and later Chairperson of the Board of Directors at the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) İzmir Branch, and also held positions within the events held by ELSA International.
In 2023, she attended the “Summer ELSA Law Schools Bologna: Business Law” program at the University of Bologna, where she enhanced her knowledge in corporate law, tax law, and international trade law.
She is also the Founding Treasurer of the İnsan Hakları İnisiyatifi Derneği reflecting her commitment to social responsibility and human rights advocacy.
